Moonstone ranks 6–6.5 on the Mohs hardness scale, while Baltic amber is a soft fossilized tree resin. Therefore, please handle your jewelry with care and remove it before cleaning, sports, swimming, or gardening to help prevent accidental damage.

Store your moonstone and amber jewelry in a soft cloth pouch or a fabric-lined jewelry box, away from harder gemstones such as diamonds and sapphires.

Moonstone you can easily scratch by harder materials, so avoid storing it together with other jewelry. To help preserve its natural beauty, protect it from hard impacts and prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals.

Baltic amber is sensitive to heat, harsh chemicals, alcohol, steam, and ultrasonic cleaners.
