Your submission of this Wholesale Application indicates that you agree to the terms of the following Wholesale Agreement.
 

Amber Grande Wholesale Agreement

  1. ORDER REQUIREMENTS

Minimum order: 50 pcs.

During 1-year reorders are approved based on agreed prices.

  1. Wholesale PAYMENT METHODS

The orders accompanied by pre-payment.

We accept credit card, SEPA, PayPal.

For other payment option can be agreed personally.

  1. WEB COMMERCE

No products or goods purchased from or produced by Amber Grande shall be resold by or through any online auction or online store (such as Ebay, Amazon, Etsy, or other similar sites) without the express, written authority of AmberGrande . If Wholesale Account is planning to sell products produced by AmberGrande — in an online marketplace/store, it must be owned by the entity applying for a Wholesale Account be approved by AmberGrande with written consent.

  1. Preparing and Shipping
  • Most small orders (up to 100 units) are shipped within 7 business days after order and payment received. Special orders will require additional time and can be estimated at the Customer’s request on a case-by-case basis.
  • Orders may be shipped by any method Customer requires. Possible shipping by Local Registered Post or Express carrier.
  • Shipping cost will be calculated according order weight and separately included to invoice.
  1. Notice of Defects
  • We ask Customer to inspect the products upon receipt.

If the fault occurs within 3 months of purchase, please inform us to ensure exchange of any faulty products. The faulty items exchange would be arranged with the next order.

  • 3 months period after purchase is reasonable time, we accept claims.
