• Amazonite, Amethyst and Aventurine rank around 6–7 on the Mohs hardness scale, while Baltic Amber is a much softer fossilized tree resin. Therefore, please handle your jewelry with care and remove it before cleaning, sports, swimming or gardening to help prevent accidental damage.
• For safe storage, keep your Green Amber and gemstone jewelry in a soft cloth pouch or a fabric-lined jewelry box. Preferably, store it separately from harder gemstones such as diamonds and sapphires to protect its surface from scratches.
• Amazonite, Amethyst and Aventurine are natural gemstones that can stay beautiful for years with proper care. However, strong impacts may scratch, chip or damage the stones. In addition, keep them away from harsh chemicals and household cleaning products.
• Baltic Amber is especially sensitive to heat, harsh chemicals, alcohol, perfumes, steam and ultrasonic cleaners. Therefore, avoid prolonged exposure to strong direct sunlight and high temperatures to help preserve its natural beauty.
• If you clean your jewelry at home, prepare a mild soapy solution with lukewarm water and gently place the jewelry in it for a few minutes. Then, use a soft toothbrush to remove any dirt. Afterwards, rinse with clean water and carefully dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
